Lessee shall not materially modify or alter the Equipment.Ī) In the event of any material modifications, Renter will be responsible for all reasonable costs of Renter in restoring the Equipment to its normal condition.ī) In the event of any missing accessories (caps, hoods, tripod rings, bags, etc.), Lessee is fully liable to Lessor for the replacement cost of the missing items.Ĭ) Lessor may elect to repair the Equipment in-house.
Equipment shall not be serviced or repaired and parts and accessories shall not be replaced without Owner’s prior consent.Ĩ) Damaged or Modified Equipment Lessee shall keep the Equipment in good repair and condition. The costs of all repairs made during the Term shall be paid by Renter. If Equipment is not returned on said date, Owner reserves the right to take any action necessary to regain possession of the Equipment.ħ) Repair and Alterations. Renter shall return the Equipment to the agreed return location. Renter shall return Equipment on the date specified in the same condition as Renter received it, except for normal wear and tear. Renter shall not:Ī) permit the Equipment to be used by any person who is not authorized to use such Equipment ī) operate or use the Equipment or permit it to be operated or used in violation of law Ĭ) operate or use the Equipment or permit it to be operated or used to commit a violation of law and/orĭ) operate, use, maintain or store the Equipment in a manner likely to cause damage to the Equipment.ĥ) Renter assumes and shall bear the entire risk of damage to the Equipment from any cause.Ħ) Return of Equipment.
Equipment can only be used in a careful and proper manner and shall not be used in any way that is inconsistent with Owner’s instructions or manuals.Ĥ) Restrictions on Use. Rent and a deposit, if applicable, must be paid in advance, in full.ģ) Care of Equipment. Renter must carry insurance satisfactory to Owner equal to the value of the Equipment to ensure its full replacement, unless agreed otherwise in writing by Owner.Ģ) Rent.
